Recharge your batteries with a weekend meditation class. I will guide you through some gentle stretches, then lead you into some breath-work exercises called Pranayama, then finally we will finish by focusing our breath and mind inwards towards mindfulness and meditation.

If you want to register for all 3 classes, I will charge $140 instead of $170
I am booking these sessions in 6-week increments to keep them manageable for everyone's schedules. If this is cost-prohibitive to you, please let me know, and we can make another arrangement! I do not want your yoga practice to be impeded by money.
If you miss a class - don't worry! I will record my teaching session and email it to you after the class is finished, then you can practice with me whenever you want for the next week.
For the yoga classes, I recommend you have:
comfortable clothing and bare feet,
a yoga mat,
a blanket,
a chip foam block (or small pillow),
a strap (or a belt),
and a pair of yoga blocks (or books, or soup cans).
If you have other times/class ideas I am happy to consider them - especially if my proposed times simply aren't working for you.
