Yoga and Meditation Classes
In-person Yoga Asana and Meditation Sessions
Hatha Yoga: Jennifer teaches a traditional yoga practice suitable for all levels and can provide variations and props to safely support all abilities. Jennifer can cater your sessions to include yoga asana, meditation practices, or a combination of both. All classes will include a series that includes breath work, concentration, movement, and practising fundamental yoga poses to help align your body and keep you connected to your breath and mind.
Meditation: If you prefer to only practice meditation, Jennifer can take you through gentle stretching, mindful pranayama breathing exercises, and guided meditation sessions.
