Week 6 - November/December Friday Morning Online Hatha Yoga

Enter into your weekend blissfully with a Friday morning Hatha Yoga class that is appropriate for all levels and excellent for beginners.

I will be using Zoom as the platform for my classes, so if you haven't had any experience with Zoom, you may want to download the application before the start of my classes and get a feel for it.  Here is a link to Zoom: https://zoom.us/

Classes:

Fridays 9:30 - 10:30 am
Dates: November 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11, 18

Location: https://zoom.us/ (I will send a link and password once registration is confirmed)

Cost: $60

For this season, (November/December 2020), I am scheduling a yoga classes on Monday evenings 5:30-6:30, Friday mornings 9:30-10:30, and a meditation class on Saturdays 8:30-9:30 am. I have discounts if you would like to attend more than one class/week:

  • If you want to register for both yoga classes, I will charge $100 instead of $120

  • If you want to register for a yoga class and a meditation class, I will charge $100 instead of $120

  • If you want to register for all 3 classes, I will charge $150 instead of $180

I am booking these sessions in 6-week increments to keep them manageable for everyone's schedules.  If this is cost-prohibitive to you, please let me know, and we can make another arrangement!  I do not want your yoga practice to be impeded by money.

For the yoga classes, I recommend you have: 

  • comfortable clothing and bare feet,

  • a yoga mat, 

  • a blanket, 

  • a chip foam block (or small pillow), 

  • a strap (or a belt), 

  • and a pair of yoga blocks (or books, or soup cans).
