It took me some time, but I am happy to announce that I have secured a place to teach yoga in Quadra Village, Victoria, where I plan to serve my community for many years. Despite facing challenges, I remained true to my practice, and my love of yoga has grown. I hope to share that with you in our little part of the world. Please join me if you can.

The Quadra Village Community Centre is a lovely, welcoming, supportive space where I hope to support their excellent work by providing a service that is accessible and affordable for everyone.

My classes will continue to focus on connecting our breath to movement, our relationship with nature and the seasons, and listening to our bodies as we shift from pose to pose. I hope to see some old students and meet many new ones as I try this unique experience. If you want to try yoga for the first time or find a place to de-stress and stretch your body, I provide a gentle retreat.

I’m starting with a 6-week program that will begin on November 12 and carry you through to December 24, where I plan to treat you to a yoga nidra class paying homage to the Winter Solstice. The yoga sessions will be on Sundays from 9:00-10:30 a.m.

I cannot wait to get started! The start is only a few weeks away, so register for my classes now. Click on the button below to find out more.
