Join me for a 90-minute beginner’s hatha yoga practice in the Family Room at the Quadra Village Community Centre. I will have a 6-week class booked from November 12 to December 24.

Sundays, 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Dates: November 12, 19, 26, and December 3, 17, and 24
*No class on December 10 due to The Crew Holiday Craft Fair - Please attend the fundraiser instead to support youth in our community!

It is my focus that my classes are as affordable and inclusive as possible. I never want finances to hinder your ability to practice yoga, so please let me know if you require financial assistance to attend.
Drop-ins are welcome.
