Join Jennifer for a one-hour meditation class. Jennifer will start with some gentle stretches, teach you how to practice some Pranayama breathing techniques, then finally guide you through a meditation session.
Classes will run for 5 weeks from July 14-August 13
Tuesdays 8:30-9:30 am PST - July 14, July 21, July 28, August 4, August 11
Thursdays 7:30 am - 8:30 am PST - July 16, July 23, July 30, August 6, August 13
Cost: $50 for 1 class/week for five weeks ($10/class)
$80 for 2 classes/week for five weeks ($8/class)
$15 to drop-in for 1 class
