Join me for a 90-minute beginner’s hatha yoga practice in the Family Room at the Quadra Village Community Centre. I will have a 7-week session from October 21 to December 9 (there will be NO CLASS on Wednesday, November 11).

Dates: October 21 to December 9 (7weeks). NOTE: There will be NO CLASS on November 11.

My classes are designed to be as affordable and inclusive as possible. I never want finances to hinder your ability to practice yoga, so please let me know if you require financial assistance to attend.
