Join me for a 90-minute beginner’s hatha yoga practice in the Family Room at the Quadra Village Community Centre. I will have a 5-week session booked between November 11-December 22.

Sundays, 9:00 am - 10:30 am
There will be NO CLASS on November 10 or November 22.
I will host a special Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra class on December 22.

My classes are designed to be as affordable and inclusive as possible. I never want finances to hinder your ability to practice yoga, so please let me know if you require financial assistance to attend.
