Join me for a 90-minute beginner’s hatha yoga practice in the Family Room at the Quadra Village Community Centre. I will have a 6-week class booked between September 8-November 3

Sundays, 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Dates: September 8, 15, 22, October 6, 20, 27, November 3

My classes are designed to be as affordable and inclusive as possible. I never want finances to hinder your ability to practice yoga, so please let me know if you require financial assistance to attend.
